Orders below £50.00: For orders below £50.00, we offer the following shipping options: - 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail: £3.99 - 2nd Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail: £2.99 - FedEx Next Day Delivery: £5.99 b. Orders over £50.00: For orders exceeding £50.00, shipping is free via our 2nd Class Recorded Delivery option.
1.3 Shipping Time: a. 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail: This service is not a guaranteed next day service and can take between 1 to 3 working days for delivery. On average, 90% of deliveries arrive within 1 working day from the date of shipping. b. 2nd Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail: Deliveries sent via this service can be expected within 3-5 working days.
1.4 Signature and Responsibility: a. All packages shipped through our recorded delivery services require a signature upon receipt. This ensures that the goods are accepted responsibly and that any possible damage during transit is accounted for. b. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the designated delivery address to sign for the package. c. Please thoroughly inspect the package for any signs of damage before signing and accepting it. We reserve the right to reject claims for damages or missing items if the customer has signed for the goods without noting any concerns on the delivery receipt.
1.5 Dispatch Time: a. All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. For orders placed before 1pm, we aim to ship them the same day.

1. Returns:
1.1 Distance Selling Regulations: In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
1.2 Return Conditions: a. Original Condition: Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. b. Opened/Part Used Goods: We cannot accept the return of opened and/or part used goods. Please ensure that you do not remove the tags on the garments until you are certain you want to keep them.
1.3 Return Process: a. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. b. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or an appropriate alternative. c. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package. d. You will be responsible for the payment of return postage for unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. e. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your safety, as we will not take responsibility for returned items lost in the post. f. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or offer a replacement of similar value if requested.
1.4 Refunds: a. Money Refunds: If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition, we will refund you the amount paid for those items. b. Alternative Product: Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. c. Delivery Costs: Refunds on items with Free Delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once the goods are returned (UK approximately £2.99). d. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. e. The refund will be processed within [X] business days after we receive the returned item(s).

3. Returning Sale Items:
3.1 Sale Items and Discount Codes: Any items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code can be returned; however, we cannot offer refunds. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue you a discount code equivalent to the value of your
order (excluding any shipping charges). You can use this discount code to order an alternative product or size.

5. Safety Clips/String in Tags & Packaging bags:
5.1 - We take no responsibility for injures/damages caused by the safety pins and tags used on the clothing, please remove in a safe manner/ keep away from children and dispose of correctly. Any injury or damages caused by the posting zip lock bags is also no responsibility of GRND, please also keep these out of reach of children to avoid injury.
